Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MCA Merced Fencing. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MCA Merced Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. We offer various fencing types including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and pool fencing.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes.

You will be notified of any price changes before work begins. Once you approve the final estimate, that price is locked in for your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to collect payment owed.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on labor. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be detailed in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with photos and a description of the issue.

Property Access and Liability

You grant us permission to access your property to complete the agreed-upon services. We will make every effort to protect your property during the work, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles not marked before we begin.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any underground utilities or potential hazards on your property. We recommend calling 811 before any digging work begins.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with the permit process, but permit fees are separate from our service fees. We will comply with all local building codes and regulations.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
